Almost every country in the world follows the same FDI policy in aviation which would allow up to 49% foreign ownership. Joint ventures provide significant social benefits to human capital through the transfer of knowledge and the development of local talent, bringing international experience, know-how and training standards to the local market.
Lakson Group and Air Arabia Group announced their decision to form an airline JV in Pakistan in September 2021. “Fly Jinnah” will follow the low-cost business model and provide its customers with a reliable operation and a value-oriented product .
