First Source launches interactive ATMs in downtown Utica

UTICA – First Source Federal Credit Union announced an expansion in downtown Utica, incorporating updated technology to power interactive automated teller machines (ABMs) at a new site on Cornelia Street. The new interactive ATMs are accessible from Cornelia, Court and Genesee streets.
In addition to standard ATM features like cash withdrawal and balance checking, these machines will allow First Source members to cash a check, transfer funds to First Source accounts, make payments on First Source loans, view transaction history, make money deposits without an envelope. or checks, and withdraw money in multiple denominations (not limited to $ 20 bills), depending on the ad.
If you are using the machine during regular business hours, members will also have access to a live, on-screen First Source member service representative via video chat.
All First Source ATMs are being converted to this interactive version. Currently, interactive ATMs are available in the New Hartford and Rome lobbies as well as in downtown Utica. Information regarding the conversion will be continually updated on fsource.org. For those who are not members of the First Source Federal Credit Union, these machines are still available, they will simply operate at the standard ATM level for use by non-members.
