The Ravens Club and edibleWOW Magazine invite you to The 2014 Michigan Wild Game Dinner on October 16, 2014 from 6-10PM at The Ravens Club in Ann Arbor. This unique event features wild game dinners and other delicious foods sourced from local farmers. Host Chef FRANK FEJERAN will be joined by an outstanding list of guest Executive Chefs from southeastern Michigan. The event is presented and sponsored by The Ravens Club. A portion of the proceeds go to 826Michigan.org, the non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the creative and expository writing skills of Michigan students. Only 75 seats are available for this wonderful and entertaining dinner affair. Guest Chefs include BRENNAN CALNIN of the Imperial and Public House, LAMAR FARHAT of Motor City Casino's VIP Dining, NICK JANUTOL of the Forest Grill, and Jeffrey Sartor of the Vellum Restaurant. Special Guest is Master Distiller HARLEN WHEATLEY from Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Buffalo Trace is the most highly awarded distillery in the United States. There will be a Gift Drawing of an autographed bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey. TICKETS $100 per person.
