ATM chained to truck and dragged free as Brampton man arrested

A Brampton man has been arrested and charged, and a warrant is issued for another for a series of thefts that recently took place in the Greater Toronto Area.
A video that Peel Regional Police uploaded to their YouTube channel shows a man using tools to untie an automated teller machine (ATM) from its moorings. The ATM is then attached by a chain to the bumper of a black van and dragged freely.
Each man faces more than 50 charges.
On November 19, Peel Police investigators executed two search warrants in Brampton. They found power tools, money and clothing which were taken as evidence.
Keith Brooks, 36, of Brampton, has been charged with the following offenses:
- Violation of an engagement (a leader)
- Break and enter (27 counts)
- Wearing disguise with intent to commit a criminal offense (27 counts)
Brooks was held for a bail hearing and appeared in Brampton court.
Meanwhile, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Shawn Moore, 36, also from Brampton.
He is currently wanted for the following offenses:

- Break and enter (27 counts)
- Wearing disguise with intent to commit a criminal offense (27 counts)
