Annual Faulkner University fundraising dinner featuring Mike Pence is sold out

The management of Faulkner University announced Monday that tickets are on sale for its annual fundraising dinner on Thursday, October 7. Former Vice President Mike Pence will be the guest speaker at the event.

âThis year’s event will not only be an opportunity to hear from a world-renowned speaker who has held one of the most senior positions in our country, but it will also give us the opportunity to celebrate new educational opportunities. for our students and exciting new initiatives at Faulkner University, âsaid Burylo. âWe are excited to share the ways we are working in partnership with the River region, including the area of ââhealth sciences. ”
Pence was the 48th Vice President of the United States from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Governor of Indiana. He also served in the United States House of Representatives. Pence is the guest speaker at this year’s annual fundraising dinner. Mike and Karen Pence have three children. Pence is a possible Republican presidential candidate in 2024 or 2028.
Faulkner University is a private Christian liberal arts university based in Montgomery, Alabama. With the mission of providing an education anchored not only by intellect but also by character and service, the Faulkner experience aims to educate the person as a whole.

Burylo said the annual Faulkner University fundraising dinner is a long-standing tradition and a social calendar milestone every year for Montgomery and the entire river region.
Proceeds from the dinner will be used to support the university, mainly scholarships. Over the years, many students have benefited from scholarships thanks to the generosity of those who attend these fundraising dinners.
Serving both traditional and non-traditional students, the university is home to six colleges: Alabama Christian College of Arts and Sciences, Harris College of Business and Executive Education, VP Black College of Biblical Studies, College of Education, the College of Health Sciences and the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
In addition to its main campus in Montgomery, Faulkner operates extension campuses in Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile, as well as its online degree programs. Faulkner has 3,036 students enrolled of which 2,192 are enrolled in undergraduate programs and 844 students enrolled in graduate programs. Faulkner University has 1,228 students and 1,808 female students.
